Daily maintenance contents of storage battery
(1) Remove surface dust;
(2) Check the connection for looseness, heating and corrosion;
(3) Check the battery case for leakage and deformation;
(4) Check whether acid mist escapes around the pole and safety valve;
(5) Check whether the floating charge voltage of the storage battery is normal;
(6) Check whether the temperature of the storage battery is normal;
(7) Measure whether the floating charge voltage of single battery is within 2.25 ± 0.03V;
(8) The battery pack is connected to a DC load of about 2000W. When the discharge current is about 10A, check whether the voltage of the single battery is normal;
(9) For battery packs that have been put into operation for many years, if the internal resistance of individual individual batteries increases and the performance decreases, the solution is maintenance and activation, that is, cleaning the electrode plate, replacing the electrolyte and repeatedly charging and discharging with large current; It is not recommended to replace a few new batteries, or the internal resistance of the new and old batteries will be different, which will lead to poor performance of the whole battery group and greatly reduce the service life of the whole battery group.
